All orders must be placed as pre-orders. Because all garments are made-to-order there are never garments "in stock" in the store. All orders must be placed as a pre-order. To place a pre-order with available options, please select the size and color of the item you want. For customized color and personalization requests, you can expect to receive an email confirming the final color option and/or customization appearance within 1-2 weeks of you placing the order. 

All physical Watertower World garments are handmade to order by a small team in New York City. To create one-of-a-kind, sustainable, upcycled garments, materials need to be specifically sourced from thrift stores. The material sourcing process requires careful examination of thrifted pieces to ensure good quality and color matching when more than one garment is required for the upcycled garment. The thrifted garments then need to be disassembled, cut into pattern pieces, and finally sewn into the new garment. As you can imagine, this process takes a bit of time, so please be patient while we complete your order. Production time can range from 2-4 weeks, but rest assured that we are making a truly unique sustainable garment that will be in your hands soon! 

Please take note that seam lines from the upcycled garments are placed spontaneously so there will be slight differences in seam line placement from one garment to another. This will not affect size, quality, or general appearance of the garment.
